Description of Mark | The mark consists of a design to be used as a label to be printed directly on the bottle. The top portion displays free style cursive writing slanting slightly upwards towards the right with the word "telavera". Immediately under the word "telavera" and slightly to the right is the word "TEQUILAS", which is over-lined and underlined by two scrolling, wavy lines, with each line ending on the right with two small leaves. Further below is an arc in which is written the words "TEQUILA SILVER" in stylized capital letters with a dot on each end. Directly below the arc is a free style line drawing of a man's bust using thick and thin lines. His hair waves away from his face and falls just behind his earlobes, his nose is straight and is profile towards the right side of his face, his cheekbones are accentuated with semi-circular lines, and he has a black moustache. He wears a stylized crown with jagged points resembling rays on his head, he wears earrings on both ears with jagged edges which correspond to the crown. At the base of his neck is a three-layered collar with jagged edges against a black ground being the shoulders of the man's bust. Immediately under the bust of the man is a banderole arcing upwards with the words "kinich ahau". Directly beneath the banderole are the words "MADE IN MEXICO", which words have a slight upward curve. |
