Description of Mark | The mark consists of the following: There are six guitar strings which are smaller at the top of the mark which become increasingly larger as they reach the bottom of the mark; the word "THE" (in capital letters) is beneath the fourth strut from the top of the mark and between the second and fifth string with a dot between strings one and two and strings five and six; the word "TENNESSEE" (in caps) is double the size of the word "THE" and the second letter "E" in the word "TENNESSEE" is on the first string of the guitar and the second to the last letter "E" of the word " TENNESSEE" is on the sixth string of the guitar; slightly below the word "TENNESSEE" is the word "MUSIC" (in caps) shaped in an arch which is three times the size of the word "TENNESSEE with the letter "M" in the word "MUSIC" placed in the arch over the first string of the guitar and the letter "C" also in the same arch outside the sixth string the word "PATHWAY"(in caps) is located under the word "MUSIC" in a straight line slightly larger than the word "TENNESSEE" with the letter "P" placed between the first and second string of the guitar, the letter "Y" between the fifth and sixth string of the guitar, which is followed by a larger dot below the letter "H" of the word "PATHWAY" and the dot is under the sixth strut of the guitar. The entire mark is shaped in the form of a guitar pick. The colors black, white and/or gray represent background, outline, shading, and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark. |
