Description of Mark The mark consists of a long rectangle with a white background. The left side of the rectangle is comprised of a blue triangle with the the left and bottom sides of the rectangle comprising two of the triangle's sides; the top of the triangle is cut off on the top and is bisected by a dark blue line. Next to the top half of the triangle are the lower portions of three columns in shades of gray on a gray geometrically shaped background. Overlaying the left bottom portion of the gray columns, the hypotenuse of the blue rectangle, and white space below the gray geometric shape next to the lower half of the hypotenuse of the rectecngle, are a series of yellow concentric circles in a geometric formation.
